METAphrenie founder, Andrea Dionisio, has directed award-winning creative for major commercial, broadcast, sports and lifestyle clients in New York, Berlin, Dubai and Los Angeles.

Unlike directors who specialize in either live-action or animation, Andrea works fluidly across both – with hands-on expertise spanning design, motion graphics, visual effects, editorial, sound design, and post production.

His command of specialized techniques – XR/virtual production, AI-workflows, VFX-heavy live-action, motion-capture, and ultra-high-speed photography – allows him to develop concepts that would otherwise remain unrealized.

This end-to-end understanding is rare: Andrea is among the few directors who can clearly articulate how a concept will come to life, and provide creative leadership at every stage of production – from initial pitch through final delivery.
